Referral eligibility

Shield & Rebuild currently considers client referrals for eligible clients in Queensland from recognised charities, police and government bodies. The person lodging a referral must be an authorised representative of the referring organisation. Eligibility and the support that may be available are assessed individually; submitting a referral does not guarantee assistance.

For eligible referred clients in Queensland, we may arrange and/or fund electronic security and security upgrades, including CCTV, alarm and access-control systems and related security solutions. We may seek to facilitate or fund counselling or psychological support through appropriately qualified external providers. Assistance is assessed case by case, subject to eligibility, individual need, provider availability and available funding; a referral does not guarantee assistance.
